I designed the UX and UI of Zorlu Holding’s corporate intranet portal, aiming to centralize access to internal communication, HR tools, and organizational resources for thousands of employees. The new design brought together various departments and group companies under a unified visual and functional framework, prioritizing discoverability and ease of use.

 

The solution included an intuitive homepage with real-time widgets (weather, news, events, CEO agenda), personalized modules (birthday reminders, welcome notices), and dedicated areas for document access, internal publications, social groups, and service maps. The design also accommodated search flows, user directories, and internal SharePoint integrations, providing both engagement and utility across different employee personas.
