Arrow Global Group Projects (Tesco Bank, Erudio, Shawbrook, Capquest)

Led UX strategy and design delivery for four financial platforms connected to Arrow Global Group through acquisition, joint ventures, or long-term service partnerships:

Erudio (student loan servicing, jointly owned), Capquest (Arrow-owned debt recovery service), Tesco Bank (collections partnership), and Shawbrook (financial data and lending collaboration).

Each platform required domain-specific flows — from student loans and retail banking to debt management and alternative lending — with varying compliance, accessibility, and customer needs.

Between 2020 and 2024, Emre led cross-functional UX teams and oversaw end-to-end product design — from user research and flows to prototypes and testing.

Using a centralized Design System and Mobile First methodology, all solutions were delivered with scalable, accessible, and efficient design patterns across platforms.
