Led the UX strategy and design direction for Gibraltar International Bank’s new-generation mobile banking platform.

Responsible for aligning cross-functional teams, mentoring designers, and shaping the end-to-end user experience across account management, payments, statements, and international transfers.

Using a Mobile First approach and centralized Design System, the project ensured scalable patterns across mobile and tablet platforms. Emphasis was placed on financial clarity, intuitive navigation, and an interface that balances institutional trust with a modern, user-friendly experience.
