VeriChannel Branch – 2024

I took part in the complete redesign of VeriChannel, VeriPark’s branch-facing customer service platform, as one of the senior designers responsible for shaping the new experience.
The project involved replacing the legacy interface with a scalable system built entirely on a centralized Design System that we developed to improve consistency, accessibility, and long-term maintainability.
My work focused on redefining the user experience and visual structure of the branch dashboard, enabling bank staff to manage high-volume customer queues, track transaction statuses, follow sales KPIs, and meet SLA targets through a more intuitive, responsive interface.
Using a Mobile First approach, I ensured that the core components were designed for flexibility and clarity on small screens first, which then allowed for effortless expansion to desktop with minimal adjustments.
The end result was a clean, modular design that can be easily adapted for different banks via a white-label SaaS model.
